PINECREST COUNTRY CLUB DUES AND FEES


  1. SHARE OF CLASS "A" STOCK
    Initiation fee $1,500.00 | Dues Per Month   $245.00 | $75.00 quarterly food/beverage minimum requirements
    Part ownership with all privileges. Limited to 502 shares of stock.

  2. JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP
    Initiation fee $1500.00 | Dues Per Month   $195.00 | $75.00 quarterly food/beverage minimum requirements
    Under the age of 35. All privileges of the club except voting privileges. Limited to 100 memberships.
    Upon attaining age 35, Junior membership terminates and the member must purchase a Class "A" Stock to continue as a member of the club. Junior member is locked in on the price of a Class "A" Stock at the time he joins and the junior initiation fee will apply towards the purchase of a Class "A" Stock.

  3. SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP
    Initiation fee   $250.00 | Dues Per Month   $125.00 | $75.00 quarterly food/beverage minimum requirements.
    Clubhouse, swimming pool, and tennis privileges. No voting privileges. Limited to 200 memberships.

  4. NON RESIDENT MEMBERSHIP
    Initiation fee   $1500.00 | Dues Per Month   $125.00 | No food/beverage minimum requirements.
    Must live 50 or more miles from the club. All privileges of the club except voting rights.

  5. SENIOR MEMBERSHIP
    Initiation fee   $1500.00 | Dues Per Month $185.00 | $75.00 quarterly food/beverage minimum requirements.
    All privileges of the club except voting rights.
    Limited to 100 memberships.

    All initiation fees may be paid out over six month period
    All Fees Subject To .0675% Sales Tax
    Any member resigning from the club cannot reapply for membership for a one year period, except upon approval by the Board of Directors for special circumstances.
    Pinecrest Country Club is a soft spikes only golf course.

  6. GREEN FEES - 18 holes
    Weekday $45.00 Weekends and Holidays $55.00

  7. CART FEES - 18 holes
    Per person $14.00 (includes tax)

  8. RANGE CLUB - unlimited use of the range - billed monthly.
    Single - $15.00 Family - $22.50

  9. CLUB STORAGE - clubs stored and cleaned - billed every six months.
    $6.00 per month for each bag.

  10. LOCKER RENTAL - billed every six months
    Men's Lockers - range in price from $37.50 to $75.00 - six-month rental.
    Ladies Lockers - $37.50 - six month rental.

  11. SWIMMING POOL GUEST FEES
    $3.00 Per person

  13. MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

    A.   Class "A" Member selling his/her share of stock shall tender such stock to the Secretary for sale, and, until such stock is sold, the tendering member shall continue to pay dues unless such dues are otherwise waived by applicable provisions of the By-laws. The offered stock shall be made available to those persons having indicated a desire for such stock and on a waiting list chronologically. Upon sell of the stock, the withdrawing member receives the current selling price of the stock as established by the Board of Directors, less $250 which is recorded on the Club's books as a transfer fee. ( A member has the option to find a buyer provided the prospective member submits for Board approval a membership application endorsed by two present club members and pays a $250.00 transfer fee.)
     
    B.   Class "A" Member may resign and relinquish all responsibilities for the membership by returning the share of stock to the Club, provided the account is paid in full at that time.
     
    C.   Junior, Social, Senior, and Non Resident members may resign at any time with a written statement to the Secretary, provided the account is paid in full at that time.
     
    D.   Junior, Social, Senior, and Non Resident memberships are non-transferable to another person.
