Room Rentals (Member sponsored functions)
Room rental charges are assessed for functions that are sponsored by a member who will be reimbursed by someone other than their employer. Functions are exempt from room rentals if the function serves as a personal function for the member and they are not reimbursed by anyone or if their employer or Social Club reimburses them. If reimbursed by a Social Club the member must serve as an officer in the same club in order to remain exempt.

$60.00 Bartender Charge for functions less than 30 people and/or Ticket Bars

Security Charges

All parties over 200 persons are responsible for Security Charges of one Security officer per every 200 guests. The Catering Director will calculate total charges. Payment for security is paid separately from all other banquet charges.
