General Catering Information and Policies

**All food items must be supplied and prepared by the Club and may not be removed from the premises unless prior arrangements have been made with the Club Manager. Banquet menus serve only as a guide for planning each function. Our culinary staff will be happy to customize any menu that you may desire. Menu selections are final and must be made at least two weeks prior to the scheduled event.                                                  

**While Pinecrest Country Club is a private Country Club, we do allow non-members to host functions at the Club. A room rental fee will apply to all non-members. A Member sponsor is required for each event, but we can certainly assist clients in obtaining sponsorship.                                                    

**All federal, state, and local laws with regard to food and beverage purchases or consumption are strictly adhered to. All food and beverages must be purchased from the Club, by pre-arrangement with our catering office.            No food or beverages of any kind may be brought into the Club by members, guests, or invitees; with the exception of wedding, birthday, or anniversary cakes.                                                 

**All alcoholic beverages must be consumed within Club premises. Open containers or glasses of such beverages may not be taken out of the Club.

**Payment for alcoholic beverages is based strictly on consumption. Any estimates given before the function will not be used as a pricing guideline.

**All menu prices are subject to change without notice until 60 days prior to the scheduled event. All food and beverages are subject to a 20% service charge and applicable taxes.

**The host of each event is responsible for all costs to repair any damage done to the property by their guests, attendees, independent contractors, or other agents under their control. Pinecrest Country Club assumes no responsibility for the clients personal items and equipment brought onto the property.

**All decorations brought into the Club should be delivered the day of the event and removed immediately following the event. Nothing may be affixed to walls, floors, furnishings, or ceilings of banquet rooms without prior approval of the Club Manager.  The Club will not be responsible for any items left after the function.

** In order for our staff to effectively plan and execute your function, the final details must be confirmed no later than 14 days in advance of your reserved date.  An attendance guarantee must be made 72 hours in advance and is not subject to reduction after that point. In the event that no guarantee is given, the greater estimated number of guests will be considered the guarantee. The total food charge is based on the higher of the guarantee or actual nimber in attendance.

**A security deposit will be required to reserve the desired banquet room(s). The deposit is applied to the final billing of the event. The deposit is non-refundable for any function that is canceled less than 180 day prior to the scheduled event.

**Pinecrest Country Club is closed for business on Mondays. An opening fee of $500.00 will be charged for any function booked on a Monday. This charge is in addition to any applicable facility charges.

**Final billing will be prepared and presented immediately following the event. The account becomes due and payable at that time unless prior arrangements have been made with the Club Manager.

**A service fee of $50.00 will be added for any cash bars. A bartender fee of $60.00 will be added to any function of less than 50 people requiring bartending services.
