BANQUET FACILITIES

Pinecrest Country Club has long been the place in
East Texas to hold private events. The newly
renovated clubhouse is suited to accomadate groups
from 20 to 600 guests. The Private Dining Room
is perfect for business meetings, wedding or baby
showers,luncheons, and dinners for up to 40 guests.
The Oak Room, overlooking the golf course and
swimming pool, will accomadate up to 100 guests
for a seated meal. The 19th Hole has a spectacular
view of the golf course and will accomadate up to 50
guests. The Grand Ballroom has been the site of
some of the areas largest and most lavish wedding
receptions, fund raisers, dinner/dances, office parties,
and many more special events. With a built in dance
floor, vaulted ceilings, beautiful chandeliers, and
custom drapery, the Grand Ballroom is suited for
all events. The men's and women's locker rooms serve
as a convienent place for brides, bridesmaids, grooms,
and groomsmen to relax and dress for the big moment.

From and introductory tour, to event detailing,
program execution, custom menu creation, set up,
and much more, our professional staff will assist
you with every detail. A variety of tables, chairs,
colored or white linen, china, glassware, silverware,
skirting, and service ware are included in the facility
fee. We also offer tabletop or stand up podiums,
projector screens, risers, and a state of the art
P.A. system. Our relationships that have been
built over the years with vendors, decorators,
coordinators, florists, D.J's, bands, and others make
it easy for you. Our professional culinary team
and attentive wait staff will exceed your service expectations.
